- Order Processing
- All orders (except special orders) will be shipped out within 3-53 business days upon receipt of payment.
- If wires is out of stock, we will let you know the expected delivery date.
- Shipping Address
- Kindly provide us full details of your address.
- P.O.Box addresses are NOT deliverable.
- All shipments must be signed off by the customer. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.
- If you will not be at home to sign for your order, we can ship to your work place. Kindly provide us your company name, full address, department, designation, your full name & your IC number.
- If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
- Tracking Number
- Tracking number will be advised via email once we ship out your order so that you will be able to monitor the status of your order from pick up time to the point of delivery.
- Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any Customs Tax & Duties. Please check with your local customs office for the charges.
- Shipping Method
- All the orders will be shipped via PosLaju Malaysia (EMS) , depends on your / receiver’s location.
- EMS parcels will be delivered to you by your local postal services.
- Please let us know if you prefer to use other shipping method, and we will advise you the shipping charges.
- Local Shipping (within Malaysia)
- The delivery standard of next working day is applicable for areas covered by PosLaju Centers ONLY.
- The delivery standard for other areas which are NOT covered by PosLaju Centers is within 2-3 working days.

Return Policy
- We will inspect every item before shipping.
- You are advised to check your order as soon as possible upon receipt. For item that has been damaged in transit, please ask for a survey with the courier company and inform us by email without delay within 48 hours upon receipt.
- Returns will not be accepted for damages, shortages, or packing errors unless they are reported within 48 hours upon receipt.
- Goods sold are not refunable or exchangeble. Exchange is not allowed unless they are defective or damaged. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
- Kindly provide us your order number, billing address. And we will provide you our return address.
- We process returns only for item(s) purchased from PearlGarden.net.
- Please note that the guarantee does not apply to the item(s) that has been modified according customer's request.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and sellable condition. All accessories in the original shipment must be included (i.e. tags, jewelry box, etc.).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- All returns should be made through a liable method of return delivery. Please ensure that the parcel is clearly written as a Return Item.
- We will not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
- All returns must be made within 3 days upon receiving of your order. Items that are returned more than 3 days after delivery will not be accepted.
- Return items will be inspected right after we received it, and we will inform you the outcome of the issue within 3 days.
- Returns will be given only at the discretion of the company management.
